Hefei Zhicheng Apiculture Conducts Company-Wide Safety Training and Examination
To further strengthen workplace safety management and improve employees' awareness of risk prevention, hazard identification and emergency response, Hefei Zhicheng Apiculture Co., Ltd conducted a company-wide safety production training program on August 8, 2026. The program also included focused study of the Employee Safety Manual, a safety knowledge examination and the signing of Safety Production Responsibility Agreements. All employees on duty participated in the activities.
The training was organized around the principle of "Safety First, Prevention Foremost and Comprehensive Management." It combined safety warning education, specialized instruction, policy and manual study, knowledge assessment and responsibility implementation. Through this systematic program, the company aimed to ensure that safety requirements are understood by employees, applied to individual positions and incorporated into daily operations.
At the beginning of the session, the company explained the training requirements, meeting rules and workplace safety expectations. Employees were reminded that they must comply with applicable safety laws and regulations, the company's internal management policies and the operating procedures of their respective positions. The training emphasized that every employee must remain alert to potential risks and avoid unauthorized instructions, unsafe operations and violations of workplace discipline.
Safety warning education
During the safety warning education session, employees watched a workplace safety video featuring real accident cases. These cases demonstrated the potential consequences of ignoring operating procedures, failing to identify hazards and engaging in unsafe behavior. The session encouraged employees to learn from previous incidents and further strengthen their awareness of safety boundaries, operational risks and individual responsibility.
The examples also reinforced an important message: workplace accidents are often connected to overlooked details. Effective prevention therefore depends on identifying risks early, correcting unsafe behavior promptly and consistently following established procedures. Employees were encouraged to move from passive compliance to active participation in safety management.
Identification of Workplace Hazards and Accident Prevention
The specialized training covered two major topics: Identification of Workplace Hazards and Accident Prevention, and Basic Employee Safety Knowledge and Emergency Response Measures. Based on the characteristics of the company's production environment and different job responsibilities, the instructors explained common workplace hazards, typical unsafe practices, the proper use of personal protective equipment, equipment operation precautions and appropriate responses to emergencies.
Employees were instructed to identify risks within their own work areas, follow standardized operating procedures and immediately report any hazards or abnormal conditions. The training also emphasized that experience or familiarity with a task should never replace formal safety requirements. Even routine operations must be completed carefully and in accordance with established procedures.
Employee Safety Manual session
During the Employee Safety Manual session, the instructor reviewed the company's key safety policies and management requirements.
The topics included the identification and prevention of unauthorized command, unsafe operation and violations of workplace discipline; employee rights and obligations concerning workplace safety; proper accident reporting; and individual responsibilities for maintaining a safe working environment.
This part of the program helped employees gain a clearer understanding of what they are required to do, which behaviors are prohibited and how they should respond when a safety risk or emergency is identified. It also reinforced the principle that safety management is not limited to the production department but applies to every position and every stage of the company's operations.
Safety knowledge examination
To assess the effectiveness of the training, all participants completed an open-book safety knowledge examination. The examination included fill-in-the-blank questions, multiple-choice questions and short-answer questions. It covered the basic principles of workplace safety, unauthorized instructions and unsafe operations, personal protective equipment, workplace discipline, safety management systems, and employees' rights and obligations under safety regulations.
The examination was designed not only to evaluate employees' understanding of the training content but also to reinforce key safety requirements. By reviewing and applying the knowledge during the assessment, employees were able to deepen their understanding and connect the training content with their actual daily responsibilities.
Following the examination, employees signed Safety Production Responsibility Agreements. This process further clarified the safety responsibilities and work requirements associated with each position. It also supported the establishment of a responsibility system featuring clearly defined duties, individual accountability and coordinated implementation across departments.
In the concluding session, the company's management emphasized that workplace safety is not the responsibility of one department or a small group of managers. It is a shared responsibility that requires the active participation of every employee. All departments were asked to continue carrying out safety inspections and hazard identification, implement corrective measures promptly and ensure that identified issues are properly followed up and resolved through closed-loop management.
